Hey man. I really love your stuff. I love the way you deliver it. I can smell your humility and it’s delicious. That’s even ignoring the fact that the content is proper and vital. Detailed - no pink stuff. 🔥

This is why I stand under the three Laws of Ethics, which are natural Law expressed as the three things not to do. Nothing in the legal(/governmental) system is a Law.

Calling a legalate a law

A legalate is not a law. It's a decree, which is an edict or order issued by a person in authority. A law is a rule or set of rules that are created and enforced by a government or society. Legalates are often used in situations where there is no existing law, or when the existing law is unclear. They can also be used to bypass the normal legislative process.

In some cases, legalates can be controversial. For example, some people argue that they can be used to undermine the rule of law. Others argue that they are a necessary tool for governments to use in times of emergency.

Ultimately, the question of whether or not a legalate is a law is a matter of legal interpretation. However, it is important to understand the distinction between the two terms. A legalate is an order issued by a person in authority, while a law is a rule or set of rules that are created and enforced by a government or society.

Hi there! I am going to court in a week, against my landlord. This person has gaslit, abused, lied to and I am living in unhabitable, unsafe conditions. He is taking me to court for non payment of rent. I am taking him to court for emotional abuse and distress. I am handicapped, mentally/physically. In Nj the court system runs on demo-cracy(craft). Being one of the 13 colonies, common law and maritime laws are recognized. But the court system is screwed. It’s not for the plaintiff, and it’s not for people who don’t have money. And this is all I am going to say, due to the fact, I still need to go to court. With my various court appearances, I have won over a half a million in my car accident case, after six years of back and forth, all I needed to do was cut out the lawyer, negotiate with the judge and I got what I wanted. I won against this landlord in 2022, for the same thing, but the court forgets.

Presenting yourself in court is the best option. You have skin in the game and are motivated to achieve the best outcome. I have another podcast on Pro-Se (self-represented) litigants.

The system has rules; when you learn them, you can achieve your goals.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. I hope it goes well for you.
