Great read I teach students in survival training our readiness begins way before the flood waters or chemicals come to our doorway. If we are fit (especially immunity to ressist infection) we'll have a much better chance for survival. Likewise spiritual fitness...many are dead. We need folks to look up. He is soon here

When our bodies are ready, we can survive almost anything. We are hardened through training. Mentally, physically, and spiritually.

What I really enjoy the most about the podcast is the excellent starting and ending prayer. And the podcast is long enough that I can pick and choose the wisdom that I need to take advantage of. Thank you.

Hi Sober Christian, I saw your reply to my note and I listened to your podcast. I notice you have a keen interest in nutrition and are aware about the multifaceted nature of nutrients and their interactions with our body. You made some really interesting commentaries on glyphosates and oxalates. I would recommend researching the gut microbiome and it's impacts on health. You may find that interesting as well!

I have a bachelor's in life sciences and took courses in biochemistry, cell biology, and nutrition sciences and have written few posts myself about complexities of nutrition information.

Check out this post I wrote about the limitations of nutrition sciences research:https://leenasthoughts.substack.com/p/radical-rodents?r=22s7fl

and this one I wrote about some speculations on whole grains: https://leenasthoughts.substack.com/p/whole-wheat-hoax?r=22s7fl

Lemme know your thoughts! God Bless!

Great recipe thanks. I always advocate raw Organic turmeric root that we peel and process. Powdered turmeric is laced with iron oxide to double and triple the price per pound. The redder the more expensive. Scoundrels.

I forgot why I was sending you this link, but it is related, I think.

I got a bad TBI 10 years ago and my memory is better, but still shot.

You do know a lot about nutrition. It is obvious you were/are a body builder. Well done SCG. I enjoyed your podcast very much.

Our home is white processed sugar free. Processed Sugar is poison. I use natural sweeteners. We enjoy our sweets, every thing is sugar free and sweet. I make sugar free milk chocolate candies with coconut and macadamia nuts. We do not miss sugar at all.

When I had fibromyalgia, we ate mostly a RAW food diet. We did eat fish from time to time. When we moved to the Washington state, the raw food was over. Now we eat more of an Atkins diet. Coming from California, we still eat salads with our meals despite how cold it is out side. People around here do not eat salads. They think it is weird that we eat salads during winter.

Thank you for your ending prayer and book recomends❣️

I found that as I ramped down my sugar intake, my body no longer craved it. This self-regulation feedback loop requires discipline. I ask myself, 'Do I eat to live?' or 'Do I live to eat?'. The answer hardens my resolve. Sugar is cancer food, bad mojo there.

Sugar and carbs are literally like a drug to your body. You will actually go through ‘cravings’ and ‘withdraws.’

We stick it out and stay away from sugar/carbs. The cravings go away. As you say SCG, if you eat sugar/carbs again, you have to go through the whole detox process again. Detox takes us about 2 weeks of abstaining from sugar/carbs. The the cravings go away.

You are quite the knowledgeable guy SCG.

Healthy nutrition means healthy body.

Let thy food be they medicine.

Thanks for the good subject of nutrition.

I agree that all-natural, Organic, self-grown and processed foods are the best solutions for our health. Since I found out pharma vitamins are a fraud I take zero. Since I am a Urine Therapy enthusiast, my body makes most of what I need, as long as I provide it with clean water, food and regular exercise.

I agree, organic is the least toxic. Our soils are depleted in America. Hubby and I grow as much as we can on our own. We grow lettuces under grow lights during the winter.

We have milking goats for our dairy, ie: cheese, yogurt, butter, cream, sugar free ice-cream, milk for morning tea.

Chickens and Guineas for our eggs and meat.

Lamb for milk and meat.

Good on you. Miss independent. Love what I am hearing. RESPECT.

Those people who used the BIO sludge had a rude awakening when the bureaucracy reversed course and condemned their farms as toxic. Ops, you listened to lying scoundrels; what did you expect?
