I lifted weights years ago so I may have an advantage in understanding. I like your program because it covers all the important exercises/muscle groups and 3 days on 2 off makes perfect sense.
I am just getting started exercising again after a very long period of no exercise and a new "low" of physical ability and stamina overall.
Basically starting from zero. I am beginning with stretches and will work my way up to light weights. That's where your program comes in.
