Hah! So we're both born in 56'~! Nothing else much in common though... I was raised in a tormented home, full of strife, chaos, sickness, anger, tho.. no religion too. The Scripture that came to pass for me was: 'When my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord will take me up.' (Psalm 27:10) He did. The Lord God took care of me, and my big brother Jesus Christ became my best friend. We're on talking terms a lifetime already. He first met me when I was 5 years old. I am a writer, but it would take me another lifetime to recount all the miracles I've seen in one lifetime. Christianity you see.. is not a religion; it is what God did when He sent His own son, that whosoever would believe in him, would not perish, but would have life everlasting. Gift Receipe - in the 1990's I lived for a short while with Masha, an 80 year old woman from Magnitogorsk. She grew up in Russia at a time when - her mom - for example - gave birth to 8 babies, alone each time in her bedroom - got up in the morning and went out to the fields to work. Most people don't know that Russians grow more of their own food, than nearly any culture on earth, and were undoubtely some of the healthiest people on earth. (Until the Bolscheviks occupied them and the slaughter began). One thing I learned from Masha was how to make a large jar of chopped galic and parsley. She'd stuff a mason jar with that, then fill it to the top with Olive Oil, then spread it on her bread daily. She lived to be 91. I do the same thing now, but replace the parsely with Cilantro! Then I spread it on a grain bread. It's my daily detox appetizer. NOTE about Masha: She had the most profound faith of any Christian I have ever met in my life.. to this day.
